Minutes of the Business Meeting

Potsdam Après Ski Club
Sunday January 16, 2005
Hosts: Heather and Russ Nelson

Attendees were: Tellie & Dave Bray, Carolyn Kaczka, Judy Lowell, Dorothy & Bill Mein, Shirley & Bob Metcalf, Susan & Bob Meyer, Heather, Russ, Rebecca & Eric Nelson, Buckley Riggs and Sandy & Mel Tomalty.

The meeting was called to order by Shirley Metcalf.

There was no meeting to report at the December 12, 2004 Christmas ski club celebration. The gift exchange was orchestrated by Bob Meyer which was as exciting and fun as usual. As always, there were many wonderful and different ornaments that changed hands many times. Ron was the “Five Golden Ring” Star as usual and the group sang more Christmas carols than ever. It was a festive occasion which all enjoyed.

Shirley & Dick Beane sent a fruit basket to the Metcalf’s home that arrived for the Christmas meeting. Doris & Ron Frazer were the lucky couple to win the fruit basket.
