Minutes of the Non-Business Meeting

Potsdam Après Ski Club

Dave Anderson, Shirley & :Dick Beane, Tellie & :Dave Bray, Doris & :Ron Frazer, Karen & :Tom Fuhr, Carolyn & :Gene Kaczka, Lorraine & :Ed Kear, Dorothy & :Bill Mein, Shirley & :Bob Metcalf, Susan, David & :Bob Meyer, Eric & Heather Nelson, Joanne & :Dick Partch, Cathy & :Bill Petersen, Buckley Riggs and Sandy & :Mel Tomalty.

Dick and Joanne Partch hosted this summer meeting at their beautiful home on the water in Hannawa Falls. The turn out was great, and even though it was a little cool we did not get rained on.

The food was outstanding! Dick and Joanne prepared 3 kinds of shish-kabob: Shrimp, Chicken and Beef. The side dishes were wonderful and the deserts abundant. Joanne did the calling for this meeting.

There was no business meeting as this was our summer picnic.

Bob and Sue Gibbs will host the meeting on September 15th at 5:00 p.m., and Sue will do the calling for this meeting.

Carolyn & Gene Kaczka have claimed the October meeting, date to be discussed at the September meeting.

Joanne and Dick indicated they would like to host the Thanksgiving meeting. The Metcalfs will not be hosting the Christmas meeting this year because they will be in Texas with their children. So it is open to be claimed, it is so much fun to invite our wonderful group into your home. The best part is they bring their own food and drink.

A big thank you to Dick and Joanne for sharing their beautiful home and for working so hard on the food. Also, to Joanne for making all the calls.
