Will's Quilt

This crib quilt was made for grandson Will, born June 18, 1998.
This is another "comfoquilt". The pattern is a variation of "Baby Twist".

The quilt was made in Spring 1998 -- hand pieced and hand quilted.

Details

The elephants on the back were outline quilted to highloft batting and the top was lap quilted to squares of traditional batting.

Each of the animals was lightly stuffed and the solid fabrics were a "sew and flip". After sewing the animal blocks together this top and the "elephant" back were tied with the knots on the back.
